  • Processing Time: We aim to process orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. If you have not received your order within 3 – 5 business days please contact online@securitywarehouse.co.za or 012 653 1005.
  • Charges: All delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Shipping costs may vary based on your delivery area, the size and weight of the order, the specific courier used, or if the items are classified as bulky or high-risk.
  • Dispatch & Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number (where applicable).
  • Inspection: You must inspect your parcel on arrival or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Any damage, discrepancies, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.

2. Risk in Goods: Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address. From this point, the customer bears all risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods.

3. Failed Delivery

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate delivery and contact information.
  • Delivery Failure: If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, order was placed with a P.O Box or the parcel was not accepted/collected, the order will be considered a “Failed Delivery”.
  • Re-Dispatch Costs: In the event of a failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee before attempting to dispatch the parcel again.

4. Delays or unavailable items

If we cannot fulfil your order within a reasonable time, we (our courier partner) will contact you to arrange a revised timeframe, an alternative product, a part shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, load shedding, strikes, labour disputes, supplier failures, transport delays, civil unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
