• Pricing Errors: While we take all reasonable steps to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur and we are not bound to honour any pricing or system errors. In such cases, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
• Market: Delivery is restricted to physical addresses within South Africa only; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

5. Orders & Payment

Security and Communications Warehouse (Pty) Ltd is a South African company, and the merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

• Retail Use: This site is for retail customers only. We reserve the right to cancel orders intended for resale or bulk trade distribution.
• Agreement of Sale: An agreement of sale is only concluded once payment is successfully received or authorized and we issue a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reason whatsoever. 
• Stock: Orders are subject to availability; adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer an alternative, delay fulfilment with your approval, or cancel the affected item or order and refund you accordingly.
• Payment: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch, once order has been dispatched standard return process applies. 

6. Promotions

Promotions, coupon codes and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They may exclude selected brands or products and may not be combined unless clearly stated and we reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from the use of our website or products ordered from our website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this website or any transaction with us, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to mediation before an independent mediator/arbitrator appointed by agreement between the parties, or failing agreement, by the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
